I am starting to train hard for a special objective in September of 2012 that will likely push me to my extreme limit both technically, and physically. So I’ve been taking every opportunity to get out in rough weather and burn some miles in addition to a rigorous cross fit program. My initial daily routine involves 3 to 4 hours of hard cardio either in the mountains or on the water, and then another 2 to 3 hours in the gym. Saturdays are 6 to 9 hours a day of pure lactic burn, and Sunday is my unequivocal day off. Dreams don’t come cheap, but so far, so fun!
